Twilight Party

As everyone knows yesterday was the release date for Twilight coming out on DVD. Of course, I already have my own copy (thanks to Caryn). Mike and I went to a Twilight party at Blackers after hours. One of Mike's co-worker's wife planned the party. Mainly, the party consisted of her family but it was still a lot of fun. They had a whole bunch of Twilight snacks and a lot of festivities. One of the festivities was that we had to put on lipstick and kiss a piece of paper. We then had to pin it on either Edward or Jacob. (Pin the kiss on Edward and Jacob) We all got wild and crazy over this activity.

After the festivities we watched Twilight. That was the best part of the night. We set up the T.V. where all of the recliners were. It was kind of like we were in a theatre but with our own personalized comfortable chairs. Mike and I had to leave early since Mike wasn't feeling well and I had to do some stuff to get ready for church the next day. Thanks Hanna for inviting us and for going through all of that work!!!

Going out to lunch

Tiffany Bitsoi (my friend from high school), Marlise, and I went out to lunch yesterday at Garcias. It was a lot of fun. We arrived and were seated. The waiter came back about 5 times and then we told him that we would need a lot more time. We just kept talking and talking. Finally we were ready and then he was no where to be seen. We all ordered the same thing. After we were done eating we still just sat there and continued talking. We were there for probably a total of 2 hours.

Unfortunately not everyone was able to make it so we are planning on doing it again soon. Two of the friends were weren't able to get a hold of and one was in Brazil teaching English. We thought of some other girls to invite. I'm excited for our next get together.
