Going to the Zoo

It was half admission to the zoo if you wore black and white.  I didn't make the boys since they're free anyways.  So, why not go? 

I was super excited to take them to the zoo.  Mike and I were planning a trip to Salt Lake.  We were trying to decide if we were going to take the boys or not.  We were looking at all of our options.  One of the was a dinosaur park.  Since that was in my head, before we left I told Quinn to we were going there.

The whole time he kept asking where the dinosaurs were.  I told him there weren't any.  He was sad.  So, we played a game.  I told him to think what dinosaurs like to eat.  I was like, "do you think dinosaurs like to eat monkeys?  He was like Yeah!"  That made him a lot happier.  He was still disappointed to not see any dinosaurs.  I know he would've liked the zoo better if I didn't make him think the dinosaurs were going to be there.

They loved the children's zoo.  They both had a ball having the lambs eat out of their hands.  They were so cute feeding them.
